If the quantity is under 10,000 labels, digital printing will likely be the most cost-effective solution. With our state-of-the-art digital presses and our team of digital operators specifically trained in this process, you won’t be sacrificing quality or color consistency. We can achieve photographic-quality graphics, crisp text, and vibrant colors. In fact, our digital presses print with extended gamut process colors covering up to 97% of the Pantone range.
In addition to lower quantities, we print digitally when a project calls for Variable Data Printing, which prints large quantities of labels with individualized content, including serial numbers, barcodes, consecutive numbers, manufacturing data, batch numbers, product promotions, and more. This type of printing has many applications, including
