Ink Reduction: A Nova Flow ink mixing system and low-volume pans reduce ink waste
Water Reduction: Some plants use a flocculation system to dewater the ink washout so water can be reused, while others use 100% UV ink.
Solvent Reduction: Thermal and water-wash plate processing eliminates the use of solvents on printing plates
Waste Reduction: Lean manufacturing and A Continuous Improvement Project for press operators to reduce make-ready waste to 500 meters or less.

Recyclable Shrink Sleeves

Our latest PLPS EARTH+® product is a line of recyclable shrink sleeves that offer both sustainability benefits and 360° branding to help your product stand out from the competition.

We understand that switching to recyclable packaging is challenging, which is why our experts provide end-to-end support. We’ll collaborate with your stakeholders to ensure the end product is designed for excellence and meets quality and efficiency standards, aesthetic goals, and recyclability criteria.

Best of all, when your product hits the shelves, your customers will rejoice knowing they no longer need to remove the sleeve from the container to recycle; it happens at the recycling plant:

With the PET option, the sleeve is recycled directly with any PET container.
With the HDPE option, the sleeve cleanly separates from its HDPE container during recycling to improve capture rates.
