ISO

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. They offer a series of different certifications, including ISO 9001, which is used as a standard for manufacturers to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. More than 1 million organizations from 170 countries have applied the ISO 9001 standard requirements to their quality management systems.

This well-known standard aligns with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations enforced by the FDA. It’s based on numerous quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. For packaging manufacturers, it offers a high level of assurance that their products are safe, reliable, compliant, and good quality.

All of the facilities within our organization are either certified or compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our location in Lakewood, New Jersey, is also ISO 22716 certified, which covers all aspects of the supply chain and determines the criteria for quality during the different stages of cosmetic products.
